Fair use
Premium gives you the whole recroo suite for one flat price, and we’d rather you never think about limits. So instead of drip-feeding credits, every Premium seat gets a big monthly allowance for each tool — sized at several times what the busiest desks we know actually use. If you’re using recroo to run a recruitment desk, you will almost certainly never see a limit. The allowances exist to keep the flat price honest: they stop scripts, scraping and account-sharing from driving up costs for everyone else.

How the allowances work. Premium allowances reset on the 1st of each calendar month and are pooled across your billed seats — a five-seat agency shares five seats’ worth of each allowance, so quiet and busy team members balance out. Free-plan tool credits also reset monthly; the free CV exports are a one-off trial.
You’ll never hit a wall by surprise. Your plans & billing page shows live usage meters, and the tools start showing a countdown once an allowance drops below 20%. There’s also an hourly speed limit well above human pace — if something automated hammers a tool, it’s paused for the hour without touching your monthly allowance.
If you genuinely need more. Some months are big. Email andy@recroo.co.uk and we’ll raise your allowance — usually the same day, and free for the occasional spike. If your whole workflow is bulk-scale (thousands of documents a month), talk to us about a plan that fits.
The small print. These allowances are the “fair use” referred to in our Terms of Service. We review them against real usage and only change them by making them more generous or giving existing customers notice. Automated access, reselling runs outside your organisation, or sharing one account across teams isn’t covered by fair use.
